Your documents are deleted, on a clock you can see

Every uploaded file and every report has its own expiry time. You can download them for 48 hours; we then delete them automatically (within 96 hours), whether or not you sign in again.

    Your file goes only to our contracted analysis provider, and only to produce the reports you ordered.

Deleting our copies does not delete copies held under the analysis provider’s own retention terms. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is shared and for how long.

Buy credits once and use them whenever you upload. No subscription, and no charge for reports that are not delivered.

One credit buys one report. A document with both an AI Detection Report and a Similarity Report uses 2 credits. Credits for reports that cannot be produced are returned automatically.

Which file formats can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx and .doc) and plain-text files. We check the file contents, not just the extension, so renamed files are rejected.

What is the maximum file size?

50 MB per file. You can upload up to 20 files in one batch.

How long does processing take?

Most documents are processed within a few minutes. Timing depends on the analysis provider and document length, so we show live status for every file instead of promising a fixed time.

How long are my files and reports available?

You can download each uploaded document for 48 hours after upload, and each report for 48 hours after it becomes available. Every file shows an exact countdown. After that, files stay encrypted and accessible only to our authorised support staff (for example to fix an incorrect report) until they are permanently deleted, at most 96 hours after upload or report availability. Download anything you want to keep.

Do I always get both an AI report and a similarity report?

You choose which reports to order for each upload. Each report is processed and delivered separately, so one can be ready before the other. If a report cannot be produced, its credit is returned to your balance automatically.

How do I download my reports?

Each document gets two separate PDF files: the AI Detection Report and the Similarity Report. Download either one from My reports or from the document page as soon as it is ready.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by our payment partners on their secure hosted checkout pages. Available methods depend on your currency and country and are shown at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Credits for reports that fail are returned to your balance automatically. Unused purchased credits can be refunded under our Refund Policy — contact support with your receipt number.

Who processes my documents?

Documents are analysed by an external, contracted analysis provider. We send your file to that provider only to produce the reports you ordered. See our Privacy Policy for what the provider stores and for how long.
